Requirements:
TH 8 - 250+ war stars, Lvl 5+ air defense, Lvl 5+ BK
TH 9 - 300+ war stars, Lvl 6+ air defense, Lvl 10 BK/Lvl 10 AQ
TH 10 - 400+ war stars, Lvl 20 BK/ Lvl 20 AQ
TH 11 - 600+ war stars, Lvl 30 BK / Lvl 30 AQ
