Clan Politics:
Clan Leader: BattleGodX
Current Co-Leaders: Special, Vinmy, Devls, Runner, hBro

All clan officials must do their part in maintaining the clan. A clan position is NOT a social title, but a responsibility. In Sequence, each Co-Leader will be in charge of one aspect of three clan aspects: recruiting, warring, and rule-keeping. Elders will assist their assigned Co-Leaders with their respective functions, and it is up to the Co-Leaders to assign duties to elders. If the Co-Leaders' responsibilities are not kept, they will be demoted and a clan elder will appointed to fill the position. Keep in mind that these responsibilities are in addition to general member responsibilities such as meeting the donation quota every season.

The leader has ultimate authority over all clan aspects and will start wars, manage clan social media, and assist the Co-Leaders with their respective responsibilities.

Recruiting
Recruitment Co-Leaders are expected to:

1) Recruit in total at least three (3) clan members per week. Each member that is recruited must meet all clan requirements. Once the clan reaches 48 members, the two clan member quota can be ignored. Remember, this is three recruits total, not three recruits per person.

2) Submit a report each week to BattleGodX detailing who was recruited that week as well as who recruited that person.

3) Debrief all recruited members on clan rules, the clan website, and the clan messaging app (Band).

Warring
War Co-Leaders are expected to:

1) Check to make sure each clan member's war base is the best it can be. It is recommended that bases are properly tested through friendly battles. Co-Leaders in charge of warring should also suggest and post good war bases on Band, and the leader may post suggested bases on the website.

2) Test and improve clan members' attacking abilities through friendly battles and posts on Band.

3) Start wars on time (6:00 pm EST) if the leader forgets.

4) Make sure all war clan castles are properly filled. This should be done with the help of elders.

5) Help the leader direct clan members on war strategy, including who to attack and when.

6) Remind war participants to use both attacks through clan mail and Band.

7) Create and update a public roster of eligible war participants (members who have acceptable war bases and attacking skills) as well as a roster of all-star war participants (trustworthy members who consistently 3-star/perform well in wars). Each roster should be ranked so it is clear who will not be able to participate if there are too many opted-in to war.

Rule-Keeping
Rule-Keeping Co-Leaders are expected to:

1) Be especially familiar with all clan rules and enforce them. This includes making sure all members meet the donation quota and are donating troops that are requested.
2) Maintain general clan peace. This means Rule-Keeping Co-Leaders must be especially active and social. If drama occurs, Rule-Keeping Co-Leaders should kick all involved offenders (discretion should be used).

3) Create a private and detailed list of rule offenders and inactive members. This list will be submitted to the leader for bi-monthly clan purges and should mainly include members who failed to reach their donation quotas.

FAQ

How can I earn elder/Co-leader?
If you have been a respectable and loyal clan member for a while and have been donating generously and actively participating in wars you may be promoted to elder. Although Co-leaders cannot directly promote you to elder, they may recommend members for elder as they see fit. YOU SHOULD NOT ASK TO BE PROMOTED. If you are truly worthy of responsibility, you will be rewarded in due time.

Co-leaders are veteran clan members that have met and exceeded normal expectations for an elder/clan member. They have shown and maintained maturity and good judgement in various situations and have proven that they are capable of great responsibility. The most likely way you will become a Co-Leader is if you are an elder, and the leader appoints you to fill the role of a demoted Co-Leader who failed to fulfill his or her responsibilities.

If I'm an elder, what do I do?
The rank of Elder, as with any title of authority, comes with great responsibility. As an elder, you will choose a clan aspect (recruiting, warring, or rule-keeping) and help the respective Co-Leader(s) fulfill their responsibilities. You must follow any and all instructions the Co-Leader gives, and the Co-Leader is free to demote you as he or she sees fit. You are always welcome to recruit players into the clan (unless specifically stated not to) as long as they meet the requirements listed in the clan description/Home Page, although you are NOT allowed to kick anybody from the clan without approval from a Co-leader/Leader. Any abuse of power will result in a demotion/possible kick from the clan.
